Static Eliminator and Electrode

During processing on synthetic material particularly when they are dry and speed is High then at that operating speeds the voltage of the charges become so high, that the product process is appreciably disturbed hence full output is prevented, often sparking becomes troublesome and dangerous to the machine operator.

• Design : High Voltage transformer with 3 Piano Switches achieve Low, Medium and High stage i.e. 5KV, 7.5 KV and 10KV / 12 KV respectivly.
• Three OR Four Connectors to ionators OR Electrodess
• Consumption 230/25 VA
• Ionator / Electrode : As per the width of Fabric / Cloth
• Sandwitch Electrode OR Ring Electrode with High Tension cable with suitable Plugs are provided.

Solution / Remedy : On modern high speed machines, whenever synthetic material like plastic (Plastic Web, Tubing and Laminates) is processed, static charges are invariably generated as a result of which various difficulties like sparking, sticking, wrapping loose winding, attracting air borne dust particles and even shock to the operator may occur.

This reduces the efficiencies and deteriotes the quality of the products. There are many methods to remove the static electricity.

Static Eliminator

Among them neutralization of static charges has been the most effective. Accumulated static charges are neutralized by stream of conductive gases along with saturation of both positive and negative ions produced by sharp pin point of discharge electrodes.

Earthing to machine to some extent may remove static charges but cleaning brush to remove dust is not the permanent solution. Hence, Neutralization is only remedy to remove the charges completely during process.
