• Excella Electronics is established by Late Shri. Dilip Kothari

2000 -2002
• Excella Electronics starts developing futuristic products including elevator automation products

2003
• Excella Electronics starts its international trading division

2004
• Excella Electronics acquires exclusive all India distribution rights from Radio Energie, France to distribute their entire range of products

2005
• Excella Electronics acquires dealership rights from Toshiba, Japan to sell AC Variable Frequency Drive
• Excella Electronics is awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification from TUV
• Excella Electronics introduces elevator automation products

2006
• Excella Electronics receives CE Certification for its range of manufacturing products

2007
• Excella Electronics gets DUNS number

2008
• Excella Electronics acquires exclusive distribution rights from Toshiba, Japan to sell AC Variable Frequency Drive

2009
• Excella Electronics opens its regional office and service centre at Ahmedabad.
• Excella Electronics develops specialised miniature DC geared motor for paint, medical sciences and automobile industries

2010
• Excella Electronics opens multiple sales and service centres across India

2011
• Excella Electronics starts manufacturing facility for control panels at Ahmedabad

2012
• Excella Electronics acquires exclusive distribution rights for Asia from MICELECT, a Spain based multinational company for electronic elevator load weighing devices

2013
• Excella Electronics gets exclusive dealership rights from SFT, a China-based manufacturing and exporting company for elevator door detectors

2014
• Excella Electronics is awarded the upgraded ISO 9001:2008 certification

2015
• Excella Electronics expands its range of products to include serial / parallel panels, ARDs and control panels for elevators

2017
• Excella Electronics receives ROHS and upgraded CE certifications for its entire range of manufacturing products
• Excella Electronics upgrades to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications
• Excella Electronics client base is now more than 400 from various countries across the globe
